Written specifically to address the questions around what the COVID-19 pandemic means for the measurement and assessment of resilience capability within organisations, this manual forms part of the growing resilience resource contained within the toolkit.
Covering topics such as post-crisis learning, supply chain design and the relevance of personal resilience, the toolkit includes free online consultancy support and regular updates.
